What we hold, and why.
This site has one form and no trackers. That makes this notice short, which is the point.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your organisation if you give it, your email address and your message. Nothing else. There is no account to create and no profile behind it.
Why we hold it
To read your message and reply to it. We do not use it for anything else, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share it.
What we do not do
This site sets no cookies. It carries no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party scripts of any kind. Nothing on the page reports your visit to anyone. You can check that yourself in your browser's network tools, and we would rather you did.
Where your message goes
The form is handled by Netlify, which hosts this site. Netlify stores the submission and sends us a notification, and its servers sit outside Saudi Arabia. So a message you send through this form leaves the Kingdom. If that matters for what you want to tell us, say so in one line and we will arrange another route before you send anything sensitive.
Netlify also keeps ordinary server logs, such as the address a request came from and the time of it, which is standard for any hosted site and is used to keep it running and secure.
How long we keep it
For as long as we are in contact about your enquiry. After that we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner and we will.
Asking for a copy, or deletion
Use the contact form and put "data request" as the first line of the message. We will confirm what we hold and act on it. This is your right under applicable data protection law and we treat it as one, not a favour.
Changes
If any of this changes we will change this page and the date below. We will not quietly widen what we collect.
